It isn't as easy as just hiring the right employees, strengthening niche specialties, developing new technologies or introducing new services, although these things are paramount to Rome's growth plan. Although this may seem simple enough, for us we take pride in staying fixated on feedback from customers, keeping a close eye on trends and keeping communication open between all parties.

As we continue to help our clients succeed and grow, we will continue to expand our offices into as many key locations throughout North America to better develop these relationships and connections. Our small team approach is one which is quite unique in the industry and keeps every client dealing with a small team of a few people who know the account intimately and can give accurate information as it is requested.
